Specific testing services include Nerve Conduction Velocity studies (NCV), Spinal Ultrasounds, Doppler Screenings, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEP), Dermatomal Evoked Potentials, and H-reflex studies.

Nerve Conduction Velocity studies (NCV) are one of the best performed tests to successfully screen for early detection of sensory and motor deficiencies, especially in diabetic patients who are asymptomatic. Patients complaining of neck, arm, wrist, shoulder or foot pain, could be at risk of a diabetic neuropathy. NCV tests assess and diagnose diseases of the brainstem, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system. In addition, they assess the speed and size of the nerve response.
